Nitin Shah

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Nitin Shah currently serves as CEO of Imperial Investments Group, Inc, with over 30 years of experience in real estate ownership and development. In addition to his hospitality experience, he founded Embassy National Bank in Lawrenceville and currently serves as its Chairman. He was the 1993 Chairman of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), as well as the founder of the American Franchisee Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Shah serves on the Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University and Georgia College and State University, and was the 2011 President of the Rotary Club of Atlanta Emory-North Druid Hills. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 1978, followed by his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University in 1989.

Navin Shah


Navin Shah serves as President of the Royal Hotel Investment group, where he provides experience drawn from decades of success in the hospitality industry.  Vice Chairman of the Embassy National Bank Board of Directors since its inception in 2008, Mr. Shah was an original founder of the bank and continues to be a driving force behind management’s focus on community identity and customer service.  He earned his MS degree in civil engineering from Purdue University in 1978.

Bradley D. Bishoff


Mr. Bishoff is a recognized leader in banking and entrepreneurship in Georgia.  He has served as Chief Financial Officer at Quantum National Bank in Suwanee, and as Controller at First Commerce Bancorp, Inc. in Commerce.  He began his career in banking and finance as a staff accountant in Morgantown, WV, and his successful rise in the accounting industry affords Mr. Bishoff an invaluable breadth of experience as a Director of Embassy National Bank.  In addition to his leadership in banking, Mr. Bishoff won a national award for fastest growing new franchise in the United States for 2008/2009, as well as regional awards for franchisee of the year in Georgia and Tennessee in 2009 for his management of two start-up Cartridge World franchise businesses.  He is a member of multiple Chambers of Commerce in Georgia, serves as Treasurer of Commerce Presbyterian Church, and is an organizing board member of Jackson County Habitat for Humanity as well as its Treasurer.  He received his accounting degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV in 1978.

Bhupendra S. Darji


Mr. Darji has provided accounting and financial services for more than 35 years and across three continents.  He has chaired and managed finance and accounting firms internationally, and he has served as President, CEO and managing partner of multiple Georgia firms, including most recently Darji, Iyer, Joshi & Patel LLP.  Earning degrees in commerce and accounting in India and Europe, then completing his CPA work in Georgia, Mr. Darji brings to Embassy National Bank the enlightened perspective of international experience, as well as the steady hand forged by three decades of success in business and finance.

Don Morrison


Don is a career professional with numerous successes in banking leadership, market innovation and operational improvement. In addition to a long career of running banks, he purposely expanded his depth in IT enabled capability development over the last 10+ years, leading solution innovation for countless banking clients, as well as providing leadership to up-start and early stage software companies serving the banking industry. He has been helping organizations and banking institutions refine strategies and re-build sales and originations, all the while focused delivering value and great customer experiences to existing and prospective clients. Don is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he received his B.S. in Finance. Don is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of The South at LSU.
